Seventeen-year-old Chloë Grace Moretz was in Toronto this weekend. Not only did she walk the red carpet and present the award for Your Fav Artist or Group at the Much Music Video Awards, but the HUGO (2011) actress was in Canada to promote her new movie IF I STAY.
If you are a fan of John Green’s book and/or movie THE FAULT IN OUR STARS, then IF I STAY should be the number one movie on your must see list of the summer. Set to come out August 22nd, IF I STAY is based on the book of the same name by Gayle Forman.
IF I STAY is about the journey of young and talented Mia Hall who gets into a serious car accident with her family. The accident leaves Mia in a coma and causes her to have an out-of-body experience where she has to make the tough decision of her own fate.
THE MAGAZINE got the chance to sit down with Chloë and discuss what it was like working on the film and her favourite moments on set. Make sure to check back in during August when we release the full interview and why Chloë and co-star Jamie Blackley were acting out the Titanic on set.
In the meantime make sure to watch the official trailer for IF I STAY here.
